The Supreme Court Library is one of the most comprehensive legal libraries in the Federal Republic, housing an extensive collection of law reports, statutes, legal textbooks, journals, and international legal publications.

- Nigerian Law Reports: All Nigeria Law Reports (ANLR), Nigerian Supreme Court Reports (NSCR), Federal Republic of Nigeria Law Reports
- Legislation: Federal laws, subsidiary legislation, and State laws in bound and digital formats
- Legal Textbooks: A comprehensive collection of Nigerian, English, and international legal textbooks spanning all areas of law
- Legal Journals: Nigerian Bar Journal, Nigerian Law Journal, University Law Reviews, and international legal periodicals
- International Law: United Nations publications, international treaty collections, comparative law texts
- Digital Resources: Online access to LexisNexis, Westlaw Africa, and other legal databases for registered users
Access to the Library
- Justices and Court Staff: Unrestricted access
- Legal Practitioners: Access by registration. Practitioners must present their current Law School call certificate and NBA practicing certificate.
- Academic Researchers: Access by written application to the Librarian. Institutional letter required.
- Law Students: Access for supervised research by prior appointment. Letter from faculty dean required.
- General Public: Access to published judgments only. Other materials require prior written approval.
